Utilising state-of-the-art technology, Flock Off effectively deters birds like pigeons and seagulls. This eliminates the associated risks, diseases, expenses, and damages from avian pests.

Invicta’s Bird Control Process
Invicta will attend your site to investigate what species of bird is causing you issues. We will listen and understand your goals when it comes to bird control to ensure we give you the best possible suggestions.
After attending the site, we will produce a detailed survey report outlining what we recommend to keep your site bird free. Within the report, we will include the costs of each of our bird proofing suggestions.
Once we have agreed on a plan with you, we will book a date to attend the property and carry out our pest control work. Risk assessments, method statements, and copies of our team’s training certifications will be sent over before we attend the site to carry out the work.
Our fully trained bird control teams will attend site to complete the work agreed. We will then invite the site contact to inspect the work and a detailed report will be emailed over to show that all the bird control work has now been completed.

Flock Off Components

Control Hub
The heart of the Symterra Pulse system, the Control Hub generates and manages the proprietary signals that create the deterrent zone. It is easy to install and connect to your existing power supply, providing continuous protection with minimal energy use.

Capacitors
The Emitting Line is the primary physical component that extends the deterrent signal across your property. It is designed to be flexible and can be installed on various surfaces such as rooftops, ledges, or beams. The Emitting Line length can be customized to suit your specific needs and property layout.

Insulated Wire
These small, discreet holders secure the Emitting Line in place while ensuring it maintains the proper height and alignment for optimal performance. Supports are available in various heights to accommodate different installation requirements and surfaces.

Ring
These connectors are used to join multiple sections of the Emitting Line together, ensuring a secure and seamless connection. Line Extenders are durable and designed to maintain the integrity of the signal throughout the entire system.

Frequently asked questions
The Flock Off System works by disrupting a bird’s migratory physiology by using an electromagnetic field perceptible solely to birds. This electromagnetic field disrupts a crucial protein in the birds’ body that aids navigation. Due to this, if a bird comes within 5-6 feet of the Flock Off system, it will struggle to gauge speed, direction and distance, causing it to leave the area to avoid a sensation akin to human vertigo.
The Flock Off System does not harm birds; it merely temporarily affects their navigational abilities when they are in proximity to the electromagnetic field generated by the system. Furthermore, the Flock Off System does not harm humans or other animals.
The Flock Off System does not emit radio frequency or ultrasound waves. Instead, it generates an electromagnetic field through an oscillator operating at 120 hertz within the audio frequency spectrum. The omnidirectional antenna signal creates a field spanning approximately 5–6 feet. Furthermore, the Flock Off System holds Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification, meeting the compliance certification requirements in Europe (CE).
The Flock Off System comprises a reactor measuring approximately 11cm x 14cm, which produces electromagnetic pulses via stainless steel wire or flexible cable wrapped around capacitors approximately 6.3cm high by 2.5 cm wide. One reactor can generate a field covering approximately 600 feet.
