Cleaning after tenants leave
End of tenancy cleaning causes more disputes between landlords and tenants than any other issue.
While landlords need to get their property spic and span for new tenants, those departing must leave the property as clean as they found it to avoid losing part of their deposit. We all understand this isn’t always the case so Invicta offer detailed photographic reports which focus on levels of waste and cleaning required to get the property back to standard.

Invicta’s Pest Control Service Process
Invicta will contact you to understand what issues you are having and how we can help. We will listen and understand the issues you are having and then talk you through the best course of action. A site survey may be required to better understand what the best course of action is required.
Once you’re happy with our treatment plan, we will agree on a suitable time to attend with you and carry out the appropriate treatment for the pest you are having issues with.
Depending on the pest and the scale of the infestation, we may return for follow-up visits to assess the situation and provide additional pest control treatment.
After each visit, we provide detailed photographic reports so you can understand exactly what we have done and what equipment we have used. You’ll be able to rest assured that the job was done professionally and that the vermin are gone for good.
