The Avishock bird control system isn’t an actual physical barrier to deter birds at all, it modifies their behaviour by sending pulses through their feet if they stand on the track therefore forcing their normal flight behaviour to any threat. When the bird meets the track it emits a small electric pulse which then deters the birds from returning to the areas it sees this as a threat. This is learned behaviour and is very effective at protecting buildings, ledges and in fact anything from loafing birds.
What is Avishock and how does it work?
Avishock is the leading brand of electric bird deterrent, offering a discreet alternative to traditionally obtrusive methods of protecting both new and old buildings. Avishock is essentially a track that can be glued or fastened to any structure and a small discrete energiser can be used to send a pulse of electricity through the tracks. This pulse then scares the birds from the ledges they are on, Energisers can be mains or solar powered depending on the project and local restrictions.

Investigation
Invicta will attend your site to investigate what species of bird is causing you issues. We will listen and understand exactly what you would like to achieve in controlling the bird issue on site.
Recommendations
We will produce a detailed survey report which will outline what we recommend to keep your site bird free. Within the report we will include costs to carry out each of our recommendations.
Attendance
Once works have been agreed with yourself, we will agree a date of attendance convenient with yourself. Risk assessments, Method statements & Training certification will be sent over before we attend site.
Completion
Our Fully trained bird control teams will attend site to complete the work agreed. We will then invite the site contact to inspect the work and a detailed report will be emailed over to show that all works have now been completed.
Where is it best suited to
This effective control system is effective against all bird species and Avishock is proven safe for all birds and is the perfect answer for use alongside bird netting, bird wires and bird spikes on difficult to proof structures such as ledges, statues and old buildings where aesthetics are important.
